$200 per month - 6 month commitment and payment up front

I create and design your customized meal plan and training program based off of the questionnaire “New Client Form” above. Once I have that form back, I can create a plan specifically for you and your goals. I will then send you your plan as well as any requirements that I will need from you to help you reach your goals.
Each Sunday you will send me a check-in with measurements and progress photos. These photos are confidential between you and I to track progress and make adjustments as needed. Each week when we check-in I may switch up your meal plan or macros, workouts, etc. all based on how you are progressing and feeling. All of my plans are MACRO based, meaning that they are a flexible eating style. I do NOT do crash diets! We work on a way of eating you can continue throughout life and maintain as a lifestyle.
This process is for those who are committed to a healthier lifestyle and understand that change takes time. Everybody is different and therefore it may take us a few weeks or more to determine how your body responds to different foods, cardio, workouts, supplements, and so on. The program I design for you will be to help you work around any injuries, lack of strength, flexibility issues, and so on. My goal as your coach is to help you become more confident in your own skin. For some this may be losing weight, becoming active, toning, adding muscle, increasing flexibility, or simply having more energy! The key to success is communication, dedication, hard work, and consistency!

• One on one personal training where we evaluate and push your strength, flexibility, endurance, etc.
• Each session together will be different from the last and based around weightlifting, and circuits.
• Detailed training plan for when we are not training together (At home workouts or in the gym)
